Refund Policy:
• You must have the booking credit & valid ID available at arrival to event. This includes girt cards, debit cards & credit cards with valid expiration dates.
• All Party Passes, deposits & final payments are non-refundable or transferable which includes hotels, transportation etc. Optional travel protection is available for purchase.
• We guarantee your accommodations if total package is paid on time & we also have the right to exchange hotel options for an equal or better value if needed.
• Separate all family paypal information from the adult by pacing an additional drop button. Lable one Adult & one Family under book now.
Final Payment Term:
• All Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable.
• 60 days prior to the event, Party Passes can only be transferable to another person.
• No refunds on party passes, etc. Optional vacation protection is available.
• No products are ever mailed. You must pick up products during registration upon arrival.
• No -shows for product pickups, for any reason, forfeits all payments & unclaimed products.
• We are Event Producers and we sell products at face value.
• Charges will appear as ATL Elite Entertainment or as some variation of this on your statements.
Indemnity Clause :
Travelers/Customers covenants at all time to hold harmless ATL Elite Entertainment, Laketown Wharf, Boardwalk Beach Resort, and it’s agents, employees & entertainers from and against all loss, liability, cost and damages that may occur or be claimed with respect to any person or persons, corporation, property or chattels, on or about any of the properties or it’s attendees resulting from any act done, or omission by or through the Renter (ATL Elite Entertainment) , its agents, contractors, employees, invitees, or any person on the Premises by reason of ATL Elite Ent. use or occupancy or resulting from the Renter’s non-use, or possession of said property and an and all loss, cost, liability, or expense resulting therefrom; and at all times to maintain said properties in a safe manner. ATL Elite Entertainment will not be responsible for any act of violence throughout the full term of their Events including transportation to & from and during their events. They will not be responsible for any items stolen, loss or taken from any property of Events being held.
