We do require 15% down upon booking in order to confirm your reservation. The balance will be due upon arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, the fee will be $50.00 and the balance will be refunded to the guest. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the fee is the 15% paid upon booking. Any payment beyond the 15% will be refunded to the guest. **We do not refund for early departures.
