Dear Valued Customer,

Our fuel index will be used to determine the correct weekly fuel surcharge Atlantic Shipping, will incur. This index will be used for Volume LTL (VLTL) rated shipments, and TL shipments.

If the fuel Index falls below $3.00/gallon, a decrease of 0.5% is applicable as the price of diesel fuel decreases $0.05, and if the fuel index exceeds $5.00/gallon, an increase of $0.5% is applicable as the price of diesel fuel increases $0.05.

Atlantic Shipping, will continue to monitor the national average listed by the U.S. Department of Energy and published weekly in Transport Topics.
