President

He earned his MBA degree from Wayne State University, Michigan, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Satya has over 15 years of experience in public accounting and corporate finance.

He was CFO at Silicon Valley start-up high tech companies Garuda Networks and CM Innovation, and was also the Corporate Controller at EnjoyWeb. He is currently serving start-ups and companies whose annual revenues exceed $10 million. He also provides CFO-level support to various client companies.

Satya's career background encompasses both start-ups and large established corporations, with a distinct expertise in high-tech growth companies. Satya has worked at these large technology companies: Philips, Westinghouse Security, and Sentient Networks. He earned his CPA certification at the public accounting firm Petrinovich Pugh & Company, LLP, where he specialized in tax.

Tax Partner

Michael B. Patten has worked for various large and medium sized public accounting firms as an Assurance Manager while maintaining a part-time tax and accounting practice before expanding his firm to a full-time accounting and consulting practice in 2009. In his own accounting practice, Michael has worked with and advised individuals, businesses, as well as non-profits, in the areas of taxation, cash flow management, estate planning, financial analysis.

Michael began his career in the Bay Area as a Staff Accountant for Timpson Garcia LLP and quickly assumed managerial roles in the San Francisco offices of BDO Seidman, LLP and Moss Adams, LLP where he handed large scale and diverse projects on behalf of international companies with up to $300M in annual revenue. During his time in public accounting, he handled numerous venture-backed funds, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance projects, and evaluation of accounting standards for 501(c)(3) organizations.

Michael received his MS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and BS in Economics from the University of Georgia. In addition, he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant CPA.

Shiva has a Master's Graduate in Accounting and Finance and has over 10 years of experience in the areas of Accounting,Finance, Payroll and Taxation and has worked in Financial Services, retail, IT consulting and Health care Industry in India and US

Marketing Manager

Manit has 3+ years of experience in Business , Technology and Outsourcing Industry. He worked as a Business Development Executive in various MNC's. He has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments. Proven ability to successfully analyze an organization's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings. His rich experience and knowledge in outsourcing industry will be a added advantage to our CPA firm in marketing our services.

Accounts Manager

Uma has held mid-management positions with responsibility for assisting taxation, finance, accounting, budgeting and forecasting for bay area companies conducting business in domestic markets since 2012.

Specializing in overseeing finance and accounting functions for start-up organizations, Uma served as a tax accountant for global company and held other positions in International taxation department. Uma has also exposure of non-profit organization back in India and in US.

Throughout her career, she has also handled finance, accounting, and international tax for Semi-conductor Company sector with good reasonable understanding of Global Tax Compliance.

Uma has completed MBA and pursuing CPA.

India Operations

Ruchi is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is also working towards her CPA license. She has in all over 8 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting services in the US and India. Ruchi's experience includes providing professional consultancy services, accounting and taxation including transfer pricing matters to US, Indian as well as European multinational organizations.
