Strategic Project Planning

Here we work with the owner to help identify their needs in order to define what would be the best strategy in their view; in order to do this we follow the below general steps to help identify what criteria will be used to determine how decisions will be made throughout the life of the project in order to meet the owners needs and/or prior commitments.

• Identify the purpose of the project, its mission and vision statement; the project goals
• Outlining any required results( i.e. LEED / regulatory)owner or stakeholder.
• Address what resources are needed to achieve these goals & potential alternatives
• Determine internal and external priorities
• A SWOT (strength weakness opportunities & threats) related to the goals and priorities
• Development of an org chart W/duties and responsibilities
• Implementation of an action plan with tasks & dates do
• Scheduled meetings with recovery alternatives for any tasks not completed on schedule
