Essentially covers the full gamut of construction and can start off by helping the owners match the conceptual idea to a conceptual budget helping with initial design considerations, selection and coordination of the design team, assist in construction related due diligence related to the property purchase and or help provide the documentation for that negotiation provided there is something present that would require immediate or near-term mitigation.

We are able to assist/supplement owner's program managers contractors architects construction managers with contracts review: negotiations, change order analysis, construction design reviews, budgetary cost estimations, scheduling considerations, value engineering &presentation storyboards.

Once things are proceeding to procurement; we are able to assist with actual estimating, bid phase management, baseline scheduling, contracts review, contractor selection, assist contractors with the creation schedule of values clarifying invoice points & expected future cash flows(within reason).

As the project progresses we can assist in predicting potential pitfalls and creating solutions to issues before they arise, increasing the chances of delivering projects successfully.

Risks by definition are not urgent; as a result, many project managers fail to consider risks as seriously as they should. What we can predict we do so through regular walk-throughs, observations & analysis.

We work to avoid disputes and resolve them as quickly as possible allowing us to move on with the minimal harm possible; legally, emotionally, financially & timewise to the project its personnel & vendors keeping as much goodwill as is permitted, ensuring the quality and safety continues at the highest levels possible.
