$13.00/hr (8 AM - 8 PM) $14.00/hr (8 PM - 8 AM)
(Please note there will be additional $1.00 per hour for requests less than 4 hours during the day. Night shifts must be a minimum of 8 hours).
This is companion service only. Any-hands-on assistance must be individually approved by both MARY ELIZABETH and hospital/facility staff. Hands-on assistance (even when approved) will include only help with meal trays/feeding and assistance to walk to the bathroom if way of walking is stable.
No bathing, assistance with medication, or participation in other daily care.
$14.00/hr (8 AM - 8 PM) $15.00/hr (8 PM - 8 AM)
Includes all Sitter/Companion/Respite services, plus :
$16.00/hr (3 - 8hrs) $15.00/hr (More than 8hrs)
Includes all Homemaker/ Companion services, plus :
Levels of service necessary may vary within a single day, dependent upon the actual needs of the client.
For example :
The client may need personal Care level of service for 4 hours in the morning, and then may require only the level of Homemaker/Companion for the remainder of the day.

Mileage :
Mileage charge apply at .45 cents / mile for errands when the employee uses his/her own car.

Shift Change :
Shift changes are preferred no earlier than 6 A.M or no later than 10 P.M. A minimum of 8 hours is required for night shifts.
