Please allow this to serve as a letter of recommendation for Dan Mates and Mates Electric. Diagnostic Imaging of Salem is a full-service medical diagnostic imaging center in Salem, Oregon. We recently purchased and installed a Toshiba Aquilion 16 slice CT scanner. It was our first CT machine in our current building so a complete room build was carried out. Working as a subcontractor for RCM Construction, Dan Mates and Mates Electric was the sole electrician responsible for installing the electrical power needs for the CT equipment and CT room. Dan Mates and his team worked in a very professional manner and was an absolute pleasure to be around during the construction. He and his employees worked very well with all other subcontractors and especially well with the CT manufacturer, Toshiba, and their engineers. Deadlines were always met and in some cases, completed early. We had some “after-thought” electrical needs we wanted to have done and decided to hire Mates Electric to perform the work. We could have hired a local electrician but felt we would get the best service from Dane Mates.

I have been involved in 4 different medical imaging equipment installations and 3 separate complete MRI Imaging Center builds, so I have an ample amount of experience working with electrical contractors. EPIC Imaging has been contracting with Dan Mates of Mates Electric for many years now. He has consistently delivered on budget and in a timely fashion on a number of very complex projects.
