“Horrible- Wait times are always over an hour, my prescription has been sent to the wrong pharmacy twice, and there are multiple times I had appointments that were never entered into the system. They have flipped flopped multiple times on whether or not I can get my test results via phone or if I have to wait an hour while the doctor isn't even in during my scheduled appointment time. I have received little to no explanation on test results and have been asked to come in for some tests in which they can't even answer what kind of test it is- like they don't even know. The worst part was having a minor biopsy, in which I asked if they weren't going to give me some kind of shot or painkiller first. They assured me I wouldn't need it, did the procedure and cauterized me without any kind of pain medication- it definitely did hurt. ”

“I had an appt at 830am. I sat for five minutes before I was acknowledged. I filled out paperwork. Was called to the back at 9am. After doing more paperwork I was sent back to the front to continue to wait because tje doctor was not there YET MY APPT WAS AT 830am. At 10am i asked for my i.d. and medicaid card back and cancelled my appt. The lady asked if i wanted to reschedule i politely said no thank. Clearly this doctor doea not respect other peoples time. I do no tolerate people who do not respect my time. I dont care how "good" she is she has no respect. If you dont have a life then this place is for you.”

“Doctors are ok. Clinic is chaotic and waiting times are long +1 hr. They do not know how to process insurance claims so they force you to prepay. After one year us claiming for a refund and several certified letters and phone calls they send a new bill for services never provided. They have a serious problem or organization. Avoid if you can.”
