We make it simple for the real estate agent and the homeowner on both ends of the transaction. When buying, we are very understanding and flexible with the needs of the seller. We can move as fast or as slow as they need us to.
When selling we deliver a beautiful top quality product that gives our agent lots of recognition and the ability to stand behind the workmanship. Our houses normally sell in 30-60 days from listing to close of escrow. It's a homerun each time and agents love working with us
I met Gabe & Omeed at an open house in 2017. One coffee meeting and 48-hours later, and I was in escrow with them on a gorgeous project they completed in Leimert Park that my buyer client purchased, and who still loves the home.
