He came out to give an estimate, walked through the entire process and made sure I understood where all cameras were be pointed, how long the installation process would work, and where the exposed wires would be. He was punctual and honest about what he can do vs. cannot. He stands behind his work, with clean lines and wires hidden, and even came back for a quick check in after install. Habib came to my house and installed 12 cameras and showed me how to use the system with cameras. Habib made sure I was satisfied before he left. Habib was very professional and his work was good. Habib wore a mask and covered his shoes while in the house. He left the house clean and I had no complaints. If I need any more help I would hire him again.

I'm a firm believer in shopping around for a good buy. I'm also a believer in the idea that sometimes "you get what you pay for." When it comes to my home, I'd prefer to pay a bit more, if it yields a higher quality outcome that will last.
I say all of that because Habibcom Security was not the cheapest bid I received. In fact, I received 2 other quotes that both came in $200 less. Habibcom, however, was the only one who came out to inspect my home and really understand my asks and needs. The other guys tried to win business by price alone, or by setting lofty expectations with little for me to go by other than their words. Habibcom provided examples of his work, made reasonable recommendations where applicable, and was an effective and responsive communicator.
