REPAIR/ REHABILITATION PROJECTS INSIDE THE METRO RAIL SYSTEM, JOB ORDER CONTRACT
The scope of services included within this Job Order Contract covers various construction tasks within the Washington Metropolitan Area Transport Authority; Metro Station network. The network covers the Capital Region tri-states of Virginia, District of Columbia and Maryland.
Task include rehabilitation, concrete repairs, flooring repairs, wall repairs, structural repairs, multiple general construction tasks are expected during the base year or each option year.
The multiple general construction tasks pursuant to the Guardian Group, Construction Task Contract Data. Dynamic Corporation was selected to perform this task inside the Metro System.

Major tasks ongoing or completed to date under this contract include:
- Repair of various Metro platforms
- Installation of UHF Radio Equipment
- Modification to Metro Stations HVAC Systems
- Provision of skilled labor for concrete track work.
- Installation of grab bars inside train tunnels

Reconstruction of Anacostia Freeway over Pennsylvania Avenue, SE Washington, D.C.
Dynamic serves as the Construction Manager for this project.
Responsibilities included:
Engineering and Technical Support
Concrete reinforcement, testing and inspection
Oversight during construction
Inspection of structural steel fabrication
Construction Cost $8.8 million
