Sanskar is defined as "Introjects" or mental images i.e. what we saw, heard. smelled, tasted & touched growing up, pleasurable or painful, as infants and youngsters that has shaped our personalities, our emotional & interpersonal life, our excitements & achievements, our struggles & sufferings.

These images are universal and common to all of us humans, while also unique to each individual. These impressions are modifiable. Because these images can be modified, we have the practice of psychiatric medicine.

Sanskar Clinic - A Journey from Turmoil to Tranquillity - begins with a Comprehensive Initial Psychiatric Evaluation followed by a team approach between doctors, therapists, patients & their families. The Physicians communicate regularly with PCP (Primary Care Physician), Therapists, Family, School and work ONLY with patient's consent. Sanskar Clinic also uses a multidisciplinary & multimodality approach with multifamily and significant other involvement.
