Business Operation Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Foreign equivalent accepatable. Duties includes: a) Analyze, identify trends and coordinate with allied medical professions. b) Utilize information to build recommendations to reduce errors and improve process performance. c) Responsible for implementation of memorandum of understanding/contracts and must draw on theoretical knowledge and business hands on experience in customer oriented services. d) Formulate strategy for marketing nutritional supplements in aid of the pain relief and comfort services in line with our expansion of products offered to the patients. e) Create, maintain and track reports in relation to claims operations performance. f) Advise the medical director on the viability of the medical services as a business concern and future course of operation.
