GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All prices are given in writing.

2. No job will begin until customer has given approval via e-mail or fax, to the written estimate and art proofs.

3. The customer is responsible for verifying all aspects of the written estimate, invoice and related paperwork. T-shirtgraphics.us assumes no responsibility for typographic errors contained in these documents once they have been approved. Please verify quantities, colors, styles sizes, print or embroidery locations, print or embroidery colors billing and ship to addresses upon receipt.

4. A major credit card must be presented at the time your order is placed. No work will begin without a 50% deposit on invoice total. Orders are to be paid in full at the time the order is completed. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD. Work in progress may not be cancelled under any circumstances. Rush orders cancelled after the order is processed in our system are subject to a 50% restocking fee. NO exceptions.

5. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. NO returns on blank shirts.

6. T-shirtgraphics.us is not responsible for damage in transit. Claims must be made against shipping company.

7. Once T-shirtgraphics.us has met its responsibility to ship on time, we accept no responsibility for delays in shipping. In addition, T-shirtgraphics.us reserves the right to alter production dates and schedules without notice. In the event that a customer requests a specified date in writing T-shirtgraphics.us will meet that date, but invoke Force Majeure*.

8. All written estimates are good for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

9. NO COD orders.

10. Checks must clear our bank before work commences.

11. T-shirtgraphics.us reserves the right to cancel any order in our possession if customer refuses these terms or for any reason deemed reasonable.

12. Orders cancelled by customer will be subject to a 30% cancellation charge for services and re-stocking fees if job is cancelled within 7 days of delivery date. Work in progress may not be cancelled under any circumstances. However, orders for American Apparel products CANNOT be cancelled; customer will be responsible for the FULL cost of the merchandise once credit card information is obtained.

13. T-shirtgraphics.us reserves the right refuse to print or embroider any artwork that it deems offensive or lewd. This includes artwork containing but not limited to sexually explicit subject matter, racially or religiously offensive subject matter, photos of corpses and profanity.

14. In the event a printing error occurs on any job, T-shirtgraphics.us reserves the right to reprint the job rather than refund the value of the order. This rule applies in ALL circumstances and is not governed any other arrangement, purchase order or prior due date. If the reprint requires a proof to correct said error, T-shirtgraphics.us shall provide a proof on the reprint at its expense.

15. We assume no liability for any errors that may occur in your browser or on your monitor as we cannot control your display for color or image positioning.

SAMPLES

1. Blank sample merchandise is available at the unit cost rate in your estimate.

2. For customers requesting decorated samples, also known as pre-production proofs please contact customer service for the cost. All applicable set-up charges apply.

3. Sample orders are processed only when the customer has provided a valid credit card. Samples are charged your credit card when the sample request is made.

PROOFS

1. Proof approval is required for all art that T-shirtgraphics.us creates, modifies, or alters in any way. This includes type setting. We do not type-set lists of names. You may submit lists of names in MS Word format. Failure to respond to a proof approval request may delay your job.

2. Customers may request proofs of embroidery test sew-outs for orders of more than 24 pieces at no charge. Proofs are sent in the form of digital photos. Proof requests for orders of less than 24 pieces are subject to a $15.00 service charge.

3. Customers may request proofs of digital test sew-outs for orders of more than 24 pieces at no charge. Proofs are sent in the form of digital photos. Proof requests for orders of less than 24 pieces are subject to a $15.00 service charge plus the unit cost of the apparel as indicated in your invoice.

4. Printed screen printing samples are available only for orders of 288 units or more. Samples are charged as follows: The Proofing fee screen printing is $15.00 per color plus $15.00 per screen.

5. Any changes made to artwork, printed or embroidered samples after the customer has approved the job will result in the customer being billed for all work completed to that point.

6. We do not send proofs of customer provided art that we have not created, modified, or altered in any way. T-shirtgraphics.us reserves the right to print customer submitted artwork "as is". T-shirtgraphics.us assumes no liability for errors in customer supplied art, including but not limited to color errors, color separation errors, typo's or any other error in the customer file.

7. Pantone matches are sold "as close as possible". No guarantee is made as to accuracy. All formulas are matched to Pantone C colors.
