Ahmed Moujahid is the Founder and President of All Cities Private Security Services. Ahmed has been active in the security field since 1990. As a result of working exclusively in security for l l years, he has mastered professional knowledge, management skills, crime prevention and investigations, public relations, arrest techniques, and transportation security.

Mr. Moujahid is licensed and certified in the following: (Police Officers' Standard Training), State of California Powers of Arrest, Metropolitan Transportation Administration (MTA) Safety, Guard Registration, Permit for Exposed Firearm with the Bureau of Investigation Services, Tear Gas Training by a Law Enforcement Education Center, CPR and First Aid Course (EMS Safety Services)

Mr. Warren Richard spent most of his life in New York when he owned a number of businesses over the years. In 1985 he came to California to get info another business when he visited broker, seminar, newspapers but nothing wasjust right. One day while visiting the chamber of commerce in Torrance, he met a pioneer in the security business. For some reason, they hit if and he was asked to join this new company as vice president. Mr. Turcotte took him under his wing and showed him the in and out ofthe security business. When Mr. Turcotte died of a heart attack. He took over the company becoming president. Over the years Mr. Richard met with a number of security company owners when he met Mr. Moujahid. They became good friends over the years. At some point the idea came up aboutjoining forces and that is how Ali Cities become reality.

All Cities Private Security Services is a California Corporation licensed by the State Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Collections and Investigative Services, and the Los Angeles Police Commission as a Patrol Agency.
