Our service charges consist of two parts: a diagnostic charge and a repair charge :
• • The diagnostic charge includes getting a well-trained service tech to your home or business in a well-stocked truck and diagnosing your problem. Our office staff can advise you of the current diagnostic charge.
• • Once we diagnose the problem, we will then quote a repair price to you before we do the work for your approval.
