The Forum has appointed following personnel for its activities in Pokhara as well as for its administration office in Kathmandu;

In Pokhara (total 14 personnel) :

Mr. Visma Raj Paudel – the Forum appointed him as an In-Charge in Pokhara and his main responsibilities were to look after ‘day to day’ expenses details for the house and also to guide & instruct his co-workers in Pokhara. Apart from this, he should also report the Forum’s administration office in Kathmandu about each child’s academic development and should there be any difficulties in performing its activities in Pokhara. His remuneration were provided according to the rules & regulations of this Forum.
Mrs. Kanchi Khoju Shrestha, Nir Shree Pun Magar and Ganga Baniya: These Housemothers have performed a very good work and always awared of their responsibilities. Remunerations to all the Housemothers are provided as per the rules & regulations of this Forum.
Miss Tul Maya, Parbati Thapa & Niru Gurung –keeping the work loads in view, the Forum had to employ these three people as Sisters in the house. Their main responsibilities were to keep the house neat all the time and help small children to prepare themselves for the school. Apart from these, they can also cook foods for the children, incase of house mother’s absence. Their remunerations too were decided as per the rules & regulations of this Forum.
Mr. Kamal G.C – he was employed as a Tutor to assist our children do their home works and private tutor at home. FWHC hopes to care all the pupils who are brought into this house with proper education to let them become an educated citizen of the country!

Mr. Ruk Prasad Adhikary – he was employed as a 'Watch-Man" for our land in Pokhara. He came from the same village where this Forum bought the land and it was an ideal to employ him as Watch-man for looking after our land because of his accessiblity. His remuneration was also provided as per the rules & regulations of this Forum.
Mr. Tanka Prasad Gurung: he was employed as a 'Field Supervisor' and to assist the Manager in Pokhara for the children village constrution. His remuneration was also set as the rules & regulations of this Forum.
Mr. Ganga Bahadur Adhikari: he was employed as Gardener to maintain necessary vegetation in FWHC's property. His work perfomance is very good. The remuneration is also provided according to the FWHC rules & regulations.
New Appointments during the year 2001/2002:
Mr. Krishna K.C.: He was employed as an Accountant to maintain the FWHC/Pokhara account. His remuneration was also decided as per the rules & regulations of this Forum.
Mr. Ram Krishna Adhikari: He was employed as a Bus Driver as the Forum purchased a Bus to fulfill our transportation requirement in the children village. His remuneration was also decided as per the rules & regulations of this Forum
Mr. Ram Bahadur Khadka: He was appointed as a Bus Helper to help the Driver and clean the Bus regularly. His remuneration was also decided as per the rules & regulations of this Forum.

In Kathmandu (total 2 Personel):

Mr. Nawaraj Maraseni – as the Forum’s activities were increased, it also decided to appoint an Accountant for its administration office in Kathmandu. His remuneration was also decided as per the rules & regulations of this Forum.
Mr. Mingmar Tamang – employed as “Runner” for our Administration Office in Kathmandu, he performed his duty very well. His remuneration was also provided as per the rules & regulations of the Forum.

Like last year, this Forum focused its activities to the ground level as far as possible to aim its support reach to the real needy children of the country. Entire activities of this Forum is controlled and adhered by the Working Committee in cooperation with its german donor agency, Freundeskreis Nepalhilfe e.V, Bad Endbach, Germany.
