Floating Realty Yacht Club was established in 1974. 10 fearless real estate agents decided to give back to the community by establishing a boaters club that could support the sport of yachting and other ventures by joining the Pacific Inter-Coastal Yacht Club Association also in 1974.
Floating Realty Yacht Club was the first “Paper” club to be admitted to the PICYA. As a result, we are not responsible for a physical building to host other clubs. We are an active member of PICYA and participate in the fund raising events that PICYA holds annually.
Floating Realty is a proud member of the boating communities of the San Francisco bay, the Sacramento Delta region and the waterways that connect these two great bodies of water.
Floating Realty Yacht Club has an active membership that includes yachts, sail boats, float homes and members who are in-between boat ownership.
