Weekends rates all ages $600.00 per month
Before and after school the following rate part-time care 1-5 hours per day
Before and after school $600.00 per month
Before or After school only $400.00 per month
Evening Care less than 5 hours $600.00 per month
Drop In Rates: $100.00 per day
Overtime Rate: $15.00 per hour.
Families first need to complete an Enrollment form Parent Policy Handbook, Registration Form, Agreement Form, Medication Authorization Form, Permission Authorization, Immunization Form, Enrollment questionnaire & Photograph release form Submit the Enrollment form and your $100 registration fee to the Sofia Family Child Care.
