Additional Terms and Conditions
- If customer is hiring a DJ, there is a $100 music license charge
- If an event requires any special permit or license, customer is solely responsible for obtaining for obtaining it at their own expense
- Tax-exempt organizations must provide proof of 501© (3) tax-exempt status and California non-profit form SI-100
- Children attending the event will be charged to customer as follows (excluding juvenile parties)
- 6 years of age and older will be full price per person
- 5 to 3 years of age will be half price
- 2½ years of age and younger will be free
- Décor
- Tandoor Cuisine of India Banquet & Bar will provide round table, banquet chairs, ivory linens, red, ivory, or black napkins, glassware, silverware, plates, and cutlery.
- Additional colors for linens and napkins can be provided at the cost of $10 per linen and $0.75 per napkin.
- Our strict policy doesn’t allow any nails, staples, screws, pins, tape or adhesives of any kind, put on walls, celling or floors.
- Tandoor missing items or property damage fix or pre-paid by host of the event.
