REGISTRATION
Q: DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

A: No, you can check out without registering as a guest. However, if you wish to Register, it is Free!

See steps below:
  • Click the “Register” button on the right-hand side
  • Fill out all your info
  • Check the box if you would like to receive special offers from us
  • And press “Create”
  • The email address you provided will be the username you use to log in.

ORDER STATUS
Q: I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION EMAILS.

A: It is possible the email went straight to your bulk/spam folder, or we may have an incorrect email address on file. But no worries, just contact Customer Service and we will verify, and re-send any confirmation emails.


Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Once your order has been sent out, your initial email confirmation will update to show a “Shipped” status and include a tracking number, if applicable. You will also receive a separate shipping confirmation email with the same information,If you are a registered member, you can also select “My Account” and check your order status under the “Order History” tab.

Standard orders generally ship out within 3 business days, and expedited orders will ship out the same day if placed by 2pm Mondays through Fridays.


SHIPPING
Q: HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

A: Vogueitup.com is offering free Economy shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. The shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your total during checkout if your merchandise subtotal meets the specified amount.


Q: I ALREADY PAID FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. WHY WAS I CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES WHEN MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED?

A: Some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. These specific duties are added by your respective government and are not shipping charges from Vogueitup.com Please contact your postal service and customs officials for more information.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

A: Yes! Items can be returned for a refund or an exchange as long as:

  • Claims for defectives must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Original tags must be attached to receive credit.
  • Clothing must be new and in saleable condition (i.e. with tags attached, unworn, unaltered or stained, covered in pet hair, etc.).
  • Must be shipped back within 10 days from receiving the item. Returns are not refunded after 10 days.
  • Include packing slip or copy of invoice so we can give you the credit!
  • Refunds are not given for shipping and handling. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days to process returns upon receipt of your package. Credit will go back your original payment method.

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY RETURN HAS REACHED YOU?

A: We do not know whether a package has been received by our warehouse until it is ready to be processed, therefore we definitely suggest shipping your item(s) back to us with a tracking number. That way you can watch your return and know exactly when it is delivered!


Q: HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

A: We will send you a confirmation email. If you haven’t received one yet, just remember that returns and exchanges generally take 7 business days to complete. Here’s where that tracking number comes in handy again! If you know when your package will be delivered, you can figure out the approximate time frame of when it will be processed.


Q: I LOST MY INVOICE. CAN I STILL MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

A: Sure, but you will still need to identify your package with some account details first. If you still have the order or shipping confirmation in your email, all you have to do is print that out! Please ensure the merchandise has tags on and in returnable condition. Lastly, you can note down the following information and include it with your return package:

First + Last Name

Billing + Shipping Address

Phone Number

Email Address

Order Number


Q: I TOOK OFF ALL THE TAGS AND THREW AWAY THE SHOE BOXES. CAN I STILL RETURN MY ORDER?

A: Definitely, as long as the merchandise has not been worn and still meets the return policy noted above. But please note that all products returned without their original tags may be assessed a $5 restocking fee per item.
