A An order number is used to reference your order by our ordering system . After you place an order, you will be given an order number If you've lost your order number and want to retrieve it, please email us at camas@rogers.com or call us at 1855-864-5895. and provide us with your order date and the full name you used in the billing section (not ship to section) of the checkout page when you made your purchase.
A.Obviously if you noticed an error right after you placed the order on the confirmation page or initial confirmation email, please contact us immediately. However, once the item has been shipped, and you simply decided to buy the part elsewhere, no longer need the part, or ordered the wrong part, there will be a 20 % restocking fee

It may happen that an error occurs on our website and product is marked in stock but, unfortunately item may be backordered. After we have exhausted all means possible in trying to locate the part you ordered, we will notify you that one or all of the parts you ordered are out of stock.
