A roof inspection is a comprehensive visual inspection of the roof surface of the home. Michael will begin the inspection by identifying the type of material used and the approximate age of the roof surface. This inspection will be performed on the inspectors discretion if it is safe to walk on depends on weather, type of materials, pitch of the roof, and height ..etc and point out any deficiencies in these areas that need repair. Estimate of repairs will not be given.
