Malibu Beach, California 760-826-9491

Girl midget was the nickname that was givem to Kathy Kohner by the local surfers at Malibu back in 1956 & 57. The story about a girl that was fascinated by the beach ,the waves and its relentless tidal energy. If it hadn’t been her it would’ve been nobody. The life and story was so successful that it spawned the 3 books and 3 movies and 2 television series. There would have been no book and no movies ,of course and so an entire generation might not have looked to the beach.

There would have been no surf music, no beach boys no fun fun fun and no good vibrations.

Without her there would have been no California xanadu at all. American youth would have missed one of the most potent archetypes available in the early 60’s.

We are bringing back that kinder gentler and simpler approach to life. As much an attitude as a real person. Gidget the brand and entertainment series will bring back a lifestyle that is needed in todays society for our youths through entertainment, books and a whole world of merchandise. From surfboards to boogie boards to apparel accessories, toys and much more. Get your license to thrill.

G M. is a lifestyle branding and entertainment company that will grant potential licensees, retailers and manufacturers the rights to the icon and brand the name Gidget and its registered trademarks (™) and properties. We will have two primary divisions in our company: 1) media and entertainment properties and 2) licensing and merchandising.

Both are very lucrative and will thrive independently. When strategically coordinated with each other, they will make our brand much stronger and more profitable.

GWI Goal

Our primary goal with Gidget is to build the brand into a lifestyle that young women and little girls around the world will aspire to embrace for generations. This is a vital component for our long-term strategy that all licensees, entertainment properties, etc. will have to represent. In order to achieve our primary goal, we must raise enough money to clear the trademarks and get our plan into action.

Entertainment Division

Through the power of film and TV, GM can generate lucrative synergies through branding, merchandising, licensing, and co producing.

GM has a deal with Sony Pictures and Columbia Pictures to bring the trademarks to the table for a feature film and a TV show. GM also has a proposed animation deal with the former executives of Viacom and Nickelodeon who have already developed an outline of the TV show and four downloadable apps which include girls’ action sports video games.

Animation TV will create its own little world with its own merchandising. All entertainment properties will be developed to maximize our merchandising opportunities.

Merchandising Division

Gidget MARKS LLC. has developed over 400 possible lines of goods and services that it will market around the globe. Brand marketing will create buzz alone.

GM has approximately 40-60 potential licensees waiting around the world for us to finalize our entertainment distribution agreement. These are some of the largest and most well-known companies in the world, including Target USA and Target Australia, to bring Gidget in as an in-house brand into these retailers. This would include hats, shoes, backpacks, watches, apparel, accessories, etc. direct to retail. Target would fund the sourcing, production and distribution. GWI would get a royalty fee of the retail on the entire line of products.

GM also has licensees and distributors for the brand and merchandise throughout the USA, Japan, Australia, major territories in Europe and Central and South America.

The sporting goods category includes skateboards, boogie boards, surf boards, snow boards, bicycles, etc. These are already developed and waiting to be released through key retailers like Sports Mart, Sports Authority, and Forza in Canada and Europe. Eastern Skateboard Distribution, the biggest in the US, will distribute the products once produced. GWI bought the sporting good license but needs to get the trademarks cleared on sporting goods.
