Client agrees to be billed on a monthly basis. Pursuant to the Golden Shield Terms and Conditions, we may apply a late charge fee per month of 10%, on any past due to invoices not paid within thirty (30) days of the due date. Client agrees to pay the Company’s attorney’s fees and other collection costs. The signer of this security service agreement assumes any and all responsibilities with any invoices that should remain unpaid.
