He received the award in recognition of his achievements as head coach of the Eastchester Arsenal (B08-W). Of the 705 teams eligible for the award for the Fall 2015 season, Austin\u2019s was one of only 13 to achieve it. The Westchester Youth Soccer League was created as a nonprofit educational organization in 1977 and is affiliated with U.S. Club Soccer and the U.S. Soccer Federation.
