RECLAIMATION OF A SWAMPY LAND FOR ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AT WAREWA, OGUN STATE

The Vital Vox 40 hectares Project site for reclamation is located at Warewa in Ogun State being the Borderline of Ogun and Lagos State. The Entrance of the site is off the South route of Lagos/Ibadan expressway

Project Scope (Infrastructure)
The Vital Vox project construction began in November 2014 by using laterite sand to reclaim the swampy land allocated by Ogun State Government. The reclaimed 40 hectares of land is to be cut in layout to develop an estate of about 500 residential houses with other commercial and Facility structures.
Mutual Dynamic Engineering, Ltd. is responsible for the Project Management of the entire project working harmoniously with other Consultants (Civil Engineer, Architect, Town Planner, M&E Engineer, Land Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor and the Contractor) to achieve the Goal. The schematic design of the master plan for the Vital Vox Estate divides the Infrastructure into Phase 1 and Phase 2 to accommodate the set standard in the industry. The design of the master plan included the schematic design of different buildings and the entire road network for the estate. The plan is designed to accommodate current and future needs of the Potential users of the Properties. The design was also done using green design guidelines to bring out the Aesthetic effect of the Estate.

CONSTRUCTION OF 210m BRIDGE AT RIVER EBBA IN CHECHE, KATCHA LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, NIGER STATE, NIGERIA.
Project Location
The new bridge to be constructed is sited on current alignment from 202550.116E, 1019528.792N to 202457.101E, 1019717.189.The bridge will be operated with single carriage way.

Project Scope
The project construction began in April 2014 with Pile Driving. Followed by Stabilisation of the Access road and other local roads.
Dynamic Corporation is responsible for the Construction of the Bridge and the 1km road extension at the 2 ends side of the new bridge, while Indepth Engineering is responsible for Pile Driving. Our participation in the Project is N1.2 billion

Wilson Bridge Reconstruction Project
Project Scope
The new bridge sited on current alignment immediately south of the existing bridge. The bridge opened with ten lanes: Eight general purpose lanes, matching the number of lanes on the existing Beltway, two merge/auxiliary lanes to allow safe acceleration and deceleration of vehicles, traveling between the adjacent Maryland and Virginia interchanges.
The project construction began in April 2000 with Pile Driving. Followed by Demolition of adjacent Buildings, Erection of Concrete Piers, Deck , Ramps and other local roads.
