Air Conditioning Unit Repair and Installation

What is included:

• Labor to install new unit or replace existing unit
• 4-5 Ton 14 SEER Split or packaged A/C unit
• Additional parts & materials needed for installation such as copper line sets, transition, filter base or filter rack, gas flex, gas stop, flue pipe up to roofline, drain pan, emergency float switch, and liquid line drier, disconnect and thermostat
• Removal and disposal of old unit if needed
• Starting at price is for change out of existing unit
• Requires onsite estimate to determine exact price

What is excluded:

• For a complete heating & A/C solution please see Heat Pumps
• Electrical & gas service must be already be in place
• Electrical panel amperage upgrades
• Difficult to access attics, basements, and other locations for both indoor or outdoor components may require additional labor
• Asbestos removal or other services where asbestos is present. Asbestos-related work requires an asbestos certified technician
• Ductwork & venting installation
• Fees for 3rd-party crane, if needed, for roof mount or other installation
• Cost of permit or any time required to obtain permits
• Cost of 3rd party ductwork pressure testing for permitting purposes

Warranty & Guarantees:

• Petra Air System makes sure you’re 100% satisfied and gives you a 12 month warranty for a new/replacement installation
• A/C Unit(s) provided by the technicians will be covered by the specific manufacturers warranty, which typically ranges from five (5) years to (10) years. Other parts needed for installation will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable, or a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service, whichever is longer

Higher Efficiency:

• Air condition that is more than 14 seer will be estimated on the job site
• 90%+ AFUE furnace will be estimated on the job site
