- Basic parts and materials to complete the repair including replacement capacitor, circuit breaker, contactor, filter, fuse, limit switch, safety disconnect, thermostat, or transformer
- Requires a diagnostic charge to determine actual cost of repair
- Diagnostic fee applied to actual service, if a repair is performed
What is excluded:
- Replacement A/C Unit, Heat Pump Unit, Condenser, Compressor, Air Handler, or Indoor Coil
- Repairs to compressors, control boards, fans, gas valves, heat pumps, or motors
- Refrigerant leak searches and repairs
- Asbestos removal or other services where asbestos is present. Asbestos- related work requires an asbestos certified technician
Warranty & Guarantees:
- Petra Air System makes sure you’re 100% satisfied and gives you a 12 month warranty for a new/replacement installation
- A/C Unit(s) provided by the technicians will be covered by the specific manufacturers warranty, which typically ranges from five (5) years to (10) years. Other parts needed for installation will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable, or a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service, whichever is longer
