Furnace Repair and Installation

What is included:

• Requires a diagnostic charge to determine actual cost of repair
• Diagnostic fee applied to actual service, if a repair is performed
• Labor to repair furnace
• Basic parts and materials to complete the repair including replacement capacitor, circuit breaker, contractor, filter, fuse, limit switch, safety disconnect, thermostat, or transformer

What is excluded:

• Replacement Furnace or Heat Pump
• Repairs to control boards, fans, gas valves, heat exchangers, heat pumps, or motors
• Refrigerant leak searches and repairs
• Asbestos removal or other services where asbestos is present. Asbestos-related work requires an asbestos certified technician

Warranty & Guarantees:

• Petra Air System makes sure you’re 100% satisfied and gives you a 12 month warranty for a new/replacement installation
• Merchandise & Materials provided by the Pro will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty or a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service, whichever is longer
