Furnace Repair and Installation

What is included:

• Labor to install new or replacement furnace
• New 80% AFUE furnace
• Parts & materials needed for installation such as transition, filter base, gas flex, gas stop, and flue pipe to roofline
• Removal and disposal of old unit if needed
• Starting at price is for change out of existing unit
• Requires onsite estimate to determine exact price

What is excluded:

• Necessary electrical service & gas service must already be in place
• Electrical panel amperage upgrades
• Difficult to access attics, basements, and other locations
• Asbestos removal or other services where asbestos is present.
• Asbestos-related work requires an asbestos certified technician
• Ductwork & venting installation
• Fees for 3rd-party crane, if needed, for roof mount or other installation
• Cost of permit or any time required to obtain permits

Warranty & Guarantees:

• Petra Air System makes sure you’re 100% satisfied and gives you a 12 month warranty for a new/replacement installation
• Furnace(s) provided by Petra Air System will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which typically ranges from five (5) years to (10) years. Other parts needed for installation will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable, or a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service, whichever is longer
• Cost of 3rd party ductwork pressure testing for permitting purposes

Higher Efficiency:

• 90%+ AFUE furnace will be estimated on the job site
