TEAM MEMBER BENEFITS
Advanced Health Care offers every employee and team member a full line of health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance and even term insurance benefits as well as retirement plans that start after 90 days of employment with AHC. All Plans are custom offered to each employee based on their choice and decision.
PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
AHC allows PTO to be used for any reason that requires the team member to be off work, PTO can be used for vacation, illness, travel or any other reason that you choose to name.
EXTENDED LEAVE BANK (ELB)
Provides protection against long-term illness. These hours are available for use following a specific amount of consecutive lost work hours due to personal illness.
RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN (RSP)
After the first year of employment, Advanced Health care contributes a percentage of the team member’s pay towards their RSP, and provides matching funds based on their tax-deferred contributions.
MEDICAL, DENTAL & VISION PLANS
AHC offers several insurance options for both medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time, variable full-time and part-time team members.
LIFE INSURANCE
For full-time team and variable full-time members, coverage is equal to their base annual pay; part-time team members are also covered for a specific amount of life insurance. Supplemental and dependent coverage are available at a low cost.
LONG-TERM DISABILITY
Eligible team members receive benefits equal to a specific amount of their base pay following a specific number of days of total disability
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
Short-Term disability May be purchased by eligible team members to protect their income in case of illness or injury preventing work. There are three waiting period options from which to choose.
CRITICAL ILLNESS BENEFIT
Voluntary insurance that protects team members and their families if diagnosed with a covered critical illness.
GROUP ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Voluntary insurance for team members and their families that pays cash benefits in the event of a covered accident.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
AHC invests in its team members, tuition reimbursement is available to team members after six months of employment. Covers tuition and book expenses up to a specific amount for both full-time, variable full-time and part-time team members and provides a bilateral guarantee of payback through job contract that guarantees the commitment of the team member to AHC and AHC’s commitment to the team member.
AWARDS EVENT
Annual recognition event at which team members are honored for annual employee of the year and awards are given for different club awards achieved by team members.
