Service Guarantee

  • 1) All repairs are done by qualified, experienced technicians.
  • 2) All of our repairs are guaranteed.
  • 3) Our trucks are equipped with parts to complete the maximum number of repairs in the customer's home.
  • 4) Items that for any reason cannot be done in the customers home are picked up, repaired, and returned at no additional cost to the customer.
  • 5) Estimates will be provided expeditiously on all items brought in by customers, generally within 24 hrs.
  • 6) Inquire about our FREE estimates, service calls, pick-up and deliveries.
  • 7 ) Our in- home service calls, and pick- up and delivery is available for your convenience ; just call and we come to you, daily 8am to 8pm .
  • 8) Most service calls are done the same day or within 24 hours, when customers are available.
  • 9) We repair, hook-up, wire, mount and install TV and audio-video equipment.
  • 10) All warranty problems should be faxed, emailed, or phoned to our office within 7 days of equipment failure.
  • 11) Any item damaged by fire, water, lightning, misuse, or acts of God are not covered.
  • 12) Failure of items under normal usage and conditions are covered.
