Marie-Flore Wekoue-Poulsen

President and Chief Executive Officer

MFWP founded Elite Construction Project Management in 2012. She is committed to fostering a creative forward-looking philosophy where challenges turn into concrete and successfully . years of solid combined investment and construction project planning experience. She has structured the financing of complex international construction projects, leveraging a wealth of experiences in four continents: Europe, North America, Africa and Asia (18 countries). She has as driving motto; “Quality service delivery to every client through a tailored executed program, as we believe each project is unique.” To her, no project is too small, nor too big! Projects are dreams she feels privileged to be entrusted to turn into beautiful realities.

Marie-Flore attended Baruch College where she obtained a master of science in finance and studied Advanced Project Management at Stanford University,

Bent Andreas

Chief Operating Officer

Bent Andreas ensures that the company’s vision is rigorously executed through the programs and projects we undertake for our clients. He makes sure that the actions of Elite’s staff are aligned with and represent the Client’s best interests and those of the overall project. He promotes our culture of critical attention to detail, careful budget monitoring, schedule management, safety considerations and outstanding quality of construction.

Bent holds a PhD in engineering and is among the pioneers of pre-cast element technology with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He is known for his expertise as a builder and is credited with the execution of large-scale projects involving as many as 200 engineers. Bent has led pre-construction services for many of Elite’s projects, and has fostered innovative and value engineering. He has excellent inter-personal skills and an obsessive inclination to turn every problem into a solution. He attended Widener University where he obtained a B.S in mechanical engineering and a PhD in engineering.

William Douandji

Head of Design

William Douanjii is a senior architect with over 27 years of experience. As the head of the design department, He has successfully coordinated master planning, interior design, design management, civil and structural engineering, building services engineering, building surveying and architecture. His passion and love for incredible designs transpires in every project he executes. His philosophy is to fully align the firm’s creativity with the client’s inner vision through multi-disciplinary design by effectively integrating all the consultancy services needed to deliver an outstanding product with a single integrated team.

He holds a Masters in architectural engineering obtained at the Federal University of Technology Niger state.

Yveline Morgan

VP, Business Development

Yveline Morgan is Vice President of Business Development, responsible for identifying potential projects and clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and assisting in organizing Elite’s overall business strategy. Yveline formulates and executes business action plans for specific target markets and identifies and tracks project leads. Yveline has 10 years of experience working in all facets of the construction industry. She brings in an invaluable expertise in organizational psychology and has been working in New York for over 30 years.

She holds a Master of Art in Industrial psychology from Cornell University.

Sean

Executive Project Manager

Sean is a resourceful and versatile construction manager with 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Leading the Estimating department, Sean is responsible for overseeing construction costs as they relate to all building systems and performing drawing take-offs. Sean is skilled with efficient site management, including coordination of multiple contractors and sub-contractors, risk assessment, safe audits and delivery of high quality standards. Sean has international experience in a variety of project types, including five-star luxury resorts, commercial buildings, commercial projects, aviation and infrastructure projects. Sean is a hands-on construction manager and has worked in three continents ( Europe, Africa and America).

Niels Erik Krogh-Poulsen

Economics and Finance

Niels has extensive practical experience in dealing with international multilateral and bilateral finance institutions and government agencies with regard to policy. His works covers; Restructuring and privatisation of enterprises, financial and human resource mobilization, and identification, preparation, appraisal, implementation, and post-evaluation of investment and maintenance programmes and projects related to the construction, telecommunications, Industrial and transport sectors.

Niels has over 45 years of international experience working in 58 countries on every continent with international development institutions including the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, various European bilateral government development institutions, and with private enterprises. Niels will advise on economic, financial and project control aspects related to current and prospective Elite projects.

Joseph Sikali

Senior VP Finance

Joseph is the Senior Vice President and Purchasing Director, managing the procurement and delivery of specified products and services from qualified subcontractors at competitive prices and terms. He coordinates risks within the purchasing process, contract negotiations, and change order negotiations. Joseph is also in charge of developing financial models for decision-making purposes. Joseph brings 13 years of finance experience in the construction industry and in private equity for many projects in virtually all market sectors, including high-density residential projects, nursing homes and schools.

Joseph holds a Master of Science in Finance from Baruch College in New York.

Francis Mbongue

Executive Marketing and Communications Director

Francis is the Executive Marketing and Communications Director; he facilitates the creation and implementation of Elite’s annual business development/strategic plan. He works to ensure a successful partnership between the Executive and Business Development teams in order to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the image of the Company, its staff, and its services in all approved marketing areas. Francis is committed to delivering conclusive client and market research in support of business development activities and that result in pertinent recommendations regarding market approach and project news. Francis promotes programs, which emphasize communities as a viable and satisfied stakeholder. Francis holds over 15 years of international experience in the construction industry. He holds Bachelor degree in Economics and Management and masters in Marketing Management Program.

Lucie Chabrol

Special Advisor to the President

Lucie Chabrol, Executive advisor to the President, assists with most aspects of pre-construction and post-construction. Lucie is a trained Architect, Construction Manager, and Restoration Specialist with 36 years of construction experience. She has managed renovation, restoration and new construction for a variety of project types, including landmark properties, office building, preservation, and residential facilities. Lucie has worked in New York City, Connecticut and in Europe. Lucie has recently completed training in the Royal Palace of Belgium in restoring gold on furniture.

Michele Ukpong

Project executive

Michel works in executing the firms’ preconstruction and post construction tasks in the New York metropolitan region. In addition, she supports oversight in the budgeting, scheduling and managing of vendors. She has a unique understanding of the various trades and offers excellent relationships with trade contractors that are critical in guiding our teams through procurement processes. She has over 20 years of experience as an environment director of a major hotel chain. She masters every aspect produce a successful project.

Michele holds a Master in Hospitality Management.

Eric Chinjie

Corporate and Government Special Advisor to the President

Eric brings over 35 years of international experience providing strategic advisory services to various industries; he has worked in 32 countries in 4 continents and has held senior management positions in the World Bank, the African Development Bank, the African Media Initiative (AMI) and the Mo Ibrahim Foundation. He puts his knowledge and experience at the service of your project.

Eric holds a Master of Arts in Modern Languages from Harvard University.

Chinedum Titus

Special advisor of the president

Chinedum Titus is an experienced law practitioner with over 30 years of experience. He provides legal counsel for matters such as business strategic planning, surety matters, employee and labour relations, tax issues, licenses, claims and disputes, contracts with suppliers, outsourcing agreements and protecting intellectual property.

Chinedum holds a juris doctorate in law, and Master of Art in Business Administration and Doctorate in Business Administration.

Brice Asopjio

Brice is an expert in the energy industry with over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas upstream value chain. He has worked across few continents in the world including Middle East. He provides clients with core operation experience in engineering, testing and completions on land, jungle, desert, offshore continental shelf and deep water.
