*Our usual and customary fees are as follows:
Initial Diagnostic Assessment $225.00
Individual Psychotherapy $125.00 (45 min.)
Family Psychotherapy $125.00 (45 min.)
Marriage/Couple's Counseling $125.00 (45 min.)
Psychological Evaluation/Testing (determined by the extent of testing, billed at $125.00/hr.)
*if we are participating providers for your managed healthcare company, the fees will be adjusted to reflect the charges/co-pays in the contract with said company.
