original date of purchase.Our warranty covers manufacturer defects,but does not cover

any damage caused by any other circumstances such as installation or mechanical error,weathering,

alteration,physical damage or abuse.Please note that parts found to be opened,altered,repaired,improperly installed or missing any parts both within and/or outside the parts after receipt will void the warranty.

Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms,Carmas Export Import Tarde will accept qualified and conforming products for replacement for the period of 1 (one) year. An order may be refunded only within 30 days of the original purchase date.We can not accept returns after 30 days.All returns must also be in their original packaging.All shipping charges are non-refundable. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include in your return. PACKING AND SHIPPING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN:
1. Please contact us to obtain a RMA number.
2. Pack the items in the original boxes together with the original packing slip or receipt
3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box for identification.
