Cancellation policy during the time of the special events (FSU graduation, football game weekends, and FAMU homecoming) is one month prior to the arrival date. Also, during those events, only one vehicle is allowed for one room. One the regular days, the cancellation policy is 72hrs prior to the arrival date.

During special events like Football games and Graduations our cancellation policy is 30 days prier to arrival date. After the deadline NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUNDS (Full amount will be charge to the card)

Our parking lot is at capacity; therefore, we can only allow ONE vehicle per room during special events.NO ACCOMEDIATIONS
All guest paying cash/prepaid cards/prepaid reservations are subjects to a $50.00 Deposit plus room charges.
