To be considered for Membership, a person must be licensed Public Adjuster in the State of Florida. To be considered for an Associate Membership a person, company or firm must conduct business that serves the best interests of Insureds and not that of the Insurance Companies. F.A.P.I.A. also promotes professional education and a rigid code of professional conduct and ethics.
