Professionalism :
Our profession complies with the code of ethics which is available upon request. We abide by the Standards of Practice of SpaKhaiYah's Wholistic Day Spa specializing in Health & Wellness.

We follow all statements within the ethical code and have strong beliefs that practitioners and their clients should not engage in intimate social relationships.

• Personal and professional boundaries should be respected at all times.

• We perform services for which we are qualified, and when the services are not in our scope of practice, the client will be referred to the appropriate specialist.

• We keep accurate records and review client information before each session.

• Clients records are kept secure and confidential.

• We respect all clients regardless of their age, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, social economic status, body type, political affiliation or state of health.

Client/Practitioner Expectations :
Clients are expected to exhibit good hygiene & are asked to minimize the use of heavily scented perfume, cologne, or personal products.

We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at SpaKhaiYah's, your spa appointment is scheduled with a spa specialist/technician or therapist whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled spa treatments. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:

1. You may opt to shorten your spa treatments in some cases.
2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge could occur.

The use of all cell phones are prohibited during spa treatments session; except in special circumstances, agreed upon beforehand by the spa therapist.

Bodywork Therapy sessions may be terminated at anytime the Practitioner has reason to believe the client is sexualizing the session, using inappropriate or threatening language or behavior or disrespecting the practitioner in any way.

We will discuss information concerning the session before & after, however, it is advised against talking during the session unless absolutely necessary.

Spa Reservations :
We strongly recommend booking your spa reservations in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. However, same day appointments may be scheduled by contacting the spa directly at 404.257.6200, upon availability not 100% guaranteed.

*Refund Policy*
After your purchase have been made via phone for any spa service or spa package, our Refund Policy is within 24-48 hours of making your purchase. You may receive a full refund by calling our office to speak with our spa administrator. No Refund given after 2- days of purchase. If, you decide to keep your purchase with us you may call to book your spa reservations up to 1-year after the purchase date.

If, for some reason you purchase an onlineVOUCHER through one of our merchants such as, Spa Week, Groupon or Living Social online, you may call our merchants and speak with one of their customer service to follow there refund policy guidelines. Gift cards expires 1- year after purchase has been made, in some cases we may can extended your voucher.

Products can be accepted for refund or exchange ONLY when unopened and in original packaging. No refund or exchange given after 5- days of purchase or if product has been opened or tampered with.

No refunds is given for partially used package purchases since they are purchased at a discount ONLY store credit will be given.

No refunds given for proper services rendered.

Cancellation + Credit Card Policy
We require valid credit card information in order to book all spa appointments. As a courtesy, we ask that you give a minimum of 24-hours notice if you must reschedule or cancel appointments. Cancellations, no-shows, occurring less than 24-hours prior to the appointment time could be charged.

Group Cancellation + Credit Card Policy
We require a valid credit card to secure any spa reservations for groups of 3 or more. We asked that our clients tip graciously a 10 -15% gratuity on all spa treatments for group services.

We do understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24-48 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations, no-shows, and/or changes within 3-days (48 -hours) of scheduled services for groups of less than 5.
• Cancellations, no-shows, and/or changes within one week (7-days) of scheduled services for groups of 5-10.
• Cancellations, no-shows, and/or changes within two weeks (14-days) of scheduled services for groups of 11 or more.

Arrival/Check-In
It is best to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa reservation. This allows us to welcome you and to introduce our staff members upon completing any paper work that may be necessary to your visit. Please understand late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled spa treatments in order to prevent an inconvenience to the next guest, and the same spa treatment price will apply. We do not rush through our treatments when serving you. Some late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on the time and other appointments ahead.

Special Requests
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special requests or needs you may have. We will do our best to customize your spa service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefit.

Gratuity
For your convenience a 10%- 15% gratuity will be added to spa packages, groups of 3 or more, and spa parties which will be distributed to the appropriate staff. Please do not leave gratuity in any of our treatment rooms. Our spa consultant will check you out and ask you about your services.

What to Wear
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, but wear whatever makes you comfortable, leaving on your undergarment is perfectly fine. A spa robe and slippers will be available inside of each treatment room provided with all spa services. Please keep in mind that our spa therapists are fully trained to drape you discreetly and protect your privacy at all times.

Cell Phones
In consideration of our other guests, please refrain from cell phone use and keep phones on silent.

Children + Teens
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, children may not be left unattended, unless they are receiving services. Anyone under 18 will need signed written permission for services.

Retail Returns
Returns are accepted unused within 7-days of purchase (with receipt) for on-account credit only for future retail purchases or services.Vouchers & Gift certificates are Non-Refundable. Purchases made on all spa services after 48-hours will notbe refunded to you, you may re-consider by calling to book your spa reservations or you may give away as a gift to a love one.

Service Guarantee
SpaKhaiYah's guarantees your satisfaction with every service that we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product or service you receive you have the right to inform your therapist to stop your service at any time. Please let us know and we will do whatever possible to make it right within our guidelines.

Gift Certificates
Available for any amount or service, SpaKhaiYah's gift certificates make perfect gifts for any occasion & are redeemable for services . Our gift certificates are available for purchase on-site and via phone: 404.257.6200.

Body Exfoliation, Polish, Scrubs Care
NO sun exposure including; sun beds and spray tans, NO waxing and tweezing 2 days before your spa treatments. All areas being treated MUST be shaved 2-days before the spa appointment or after your treatments to avoid skin irritation.
