Each of the quartz crystals has been cut to a specific frequency and are aligned above one of the seven human energy centers or chakras. Colored lights, chosen to match the vibrational frequency of each chakra, radiate energy through the crystals to each respective chakra, and shine on and off in certain rhythms to cleanse, balance, and align your energies. The individual receiving the session rests face up with eyes closed, bathing in the energy.

Sessions are either 20, 40 minutes or 60 minutes in length. If you have not had a crystal bed treatment before, your first session will be 35 minutes.

During the session, you will remain fully clothed and will lie face up on a treatment table. You must wear white clothing. If you do not have white clothing, a white sheet will be provided for you.

Some people may experience a slight vibration in their chakras, as their energy is released and re-tuned with the crystal frequency; however, each session is unique and people report a variety of experiences.
