Health-Pro Homecare Services, Inc. (VA)is looking for kind, caring, patient individuals who would enjoy working part-time or full-time caring for the elderly and disabled. We welcome both experienced and inexperienced aides and CNA’s that have a passion for people. We train PCA’s to be the best at what they do, thus preparing them to follow State and Agency Rules & Regulations as well as learning how to properly service and meet the clients’ needs. We believe that the work that aides preform on a daily basis should be compensated with no strings attached, therefore our rates are set for employees as follows:

MEDICAID CLIENTS

  • PCA (Personal Care Aide) | $8.25 -Per Hour
  • CNA (Certified Nurse Aide) | $9.25 –Per Hour

    • PRIVATE PAY CLIENTS

  • PCA (Personal Care Aide) | $9.00 -Per Hour
  • CNA (Certified Nurse Aide) | $10.00 –Per Hour

    • RN & LPN hourly/Salary rates are negotiated based on experience.
