PAPERWORK

X-RAYS, EXAMS, AND EVALUATIONS

At Center City Emergency Dentist, we strive to change the way you feel about going to the dentist. Our friendly staff are always ready to make sure you're out of pain fast. Our beautiful office is located in Center City, Philadelphia on 1429 Walnut St on the 6th floor where you will be greeted by our wonderful front office staff who will check you in.
A dental assistant will then call you back to take your x-rays and the doctor will perform a visual exam where he will take a look at your teeth and any oral issues you have been experiencing. If you're coming in from a different dental office, we accept any current x-rays you may have. We may take additional x-rays if necessary to better customize your treatment plan as accurately as possible.
After your x-rays and exams, the doctor will further evaluate the problem area and discuss his findings and recommended the next steps in treating the problem area. At this time, you may ask the dentist any questions you may have

TREATMENT PLAN

One of our administrative staff will then present you a treatment plan and work with you to go over the treatments recommended by your dentist, insurance coverages, and your copays. Please note, no work will be done until you approve to do so through the treatment plan.
