Messers Alfred Henry, Dale Brown and Rupert Williams will make up the Disciplinary Panel for this year’s tournament. In addition to hearing and ruling on any disputes that may arise, the panel will also decide on the individual awards to be handed out during the trophy ceremony on Sunday afternoon. All three gentlemen have a very good understanding of the rules of the sport.

Dale Brown

Dale is co-host of the Second Base Sports show, airing on the Wee Radio Network at; www.weeradioonine.com. Sports statistician and historian, specializing in cricket and Track and Field. Represented Cornwall College at all levels of Football competitions including the DaCosta Cup; Co- Founder and captain of Invaders FC, also represented Trelawny (Parish Team) and Rutgers University (Newark, NJ).

Alfred Henry

Alfred served as director of Physical Education and Sports at Jamaica College, from 2006-2013 and was the Technical Director and Coach when the school (JC) won the Manning Cup (twice), Olivier Shield and the Walker Cup in 2007, 2009, 2010. His resume includes coaching stints at West Essex Regional High School, Mico College University and the All-Manning teas of 2007 & 2010. He is the Founder/Coordinator - Hughenden Juveniles' Football Academy.

Rupert Williams

Rupert ‘Putt’ Williams is the Founder/Coach of Maverley/Hughenden SC and coached Meadowbrook High School to the Walker Cup title in 1986. A certified FIFA Coach, Williams has coached at Calabar High School and UTECH. He guided the All-Manning s election in 1986, the National Juvenile Selection (Jamaica All School) in 1987 and was an assistant with the Jamaica National U19 team in 1981.
