In order to submit a case to the Law Advocates for consideration, the inmate must complete the Case Screening Application.

Before the review process can begin, the application requires particular supporting papers to be provided. DO NOT provide any transcripts until a representative from Law Advocates contacts you and demands them.

Due to the fact that the Law Advocates Firm is not responsible for the loss of returned mail, it is strongly advised that only photocopies of legal papers be submitted.
